Alternance - Right-Hand to the CFO / Financial Controller

Missions
The candidate will work with a direct report to the CFO and closely with members of the investment
team, custodian, auditors, accountants, investors, external controllers.

The Financial Controller will work on various aspects of fund management:

Fund Administration
• Accounting, quarterly reporting to investors, various declarations
• Participation in the realization of investments, disinvestments (KYC, inventory keeping, etc.)
• Participation in the follow-up of portfolio companies

Investor Relations
• Participation in the follow-up of fundraising
• Participation in responses to due diligence questionnaires and requests for information
• Participation in the collection and control of underwriting documentation in collaboration
with the internal controller

Management Company Administration
• Accounting and participation in the preparation of the budget
• Office Management

Compliance
• Ensure business processes and controls are established and followed.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Impact & ESG
• Regularly review and update the responsible investing processes and ensure effective
reporting and monitoring of Impact KPIs

Qualification
• Bac+3/+5 in Audit, Finance, Control
• Energetic, team-spirit and proactive mindset
• Autonomous and multi-tasking
• Full proficiency in French and English
